Una volta scelta la marca che desideravamo per la nostra cucina ci siamo rivolti a Claudio, nonostante ci trovassimo in... città piuttosto lontane, spinti dai feedback positivi che ci erano arrivati in merito. Dobbiamo dire che le nostre aspettative non sono state deluse: siamo stati seguiti in modo scrupoloso, prima online per quanto riguarda le prime fasi di disegno e progettazione, e poi dal vivo per definire dettagli e finiture. Claudio ha pensato a tutti i dettagli senza tralasciare niente e l'impressione che ci ha lasciato è stata quella di una persona la cui priorità è dare il meglio possibile al cliente aiutandolo anche a fare le scelte più convenienti. Ci ha sempre consigliato con garbo e gentilezza nonostante i cambi di idea e i dubbi vari che, quando si ha a che fare con un progetto da zero, non sono pochi. Ho acquistato una cucina da Casaviva, Claudio il titolare è stato fantastico, ci ha seguito in ogni fase della... progettazione, consigliandoci e sconsigliandoci quando serviva. È stato molto paziente perchè si sa che quando si crea una cosa da zero, specialmente una cucina, si cambia idea facilmente. Ottima cucina Arredo3, funzionale e pratica. Sembra anche molto robusta. Veramente tutto bene!
Un plauso anche alla squadra che ha montato i mobili, sono stati veloci e attenti.
